About Jamie Winbury, Esq.
Jamie Winbury is the founding attorney of Winbury Law, PLLC, an Oklahoma-based law firm providing strategic and compassionate representation across family law, estate planning and probate, business organization and consulting, land and title records, and contract and civil disputes. A licensed attorney in Oklahoma and Virginia, Jamie brings a rare blend of legal expertise, business leadership, and military discipline to her practice.
Jamie’s early legal experience began as the Anson Levitan Intern for the Legal Aid Society in San Diego, where she supported community-focused legal services for underserved communities—work that grounded her commitment to accessible, client-centered advocacy. She then served as a Law Clerk with the Worsham Law Firm, concentrating on family law, followed by practice as an Associate Attorney with Boleman Law Firm. These roles gave her both the human perspective and the procedural fluency to navigate sensitive domestic matters and complex civil issues with care and precision.
In addition to her law practice, Jamie actively leads in the private sector: she serves as Chief Executive Officer of Citizen Contracting Group and Chief Legal Officer for Adept Patriot Services, providing strategic legal guidance, managing complex contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations —experience that directly strengthens her counsel to families, entrepreneurs, and organizations.
Jamie earned her B.S., summa cum laude, from Old Dominion University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Virginia (including the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia) and in Oklahoma, where her practice extends statewide, representing clients in communities both large and small.
A service-disabled U.S. Navy veteran (OEF/OIF era), Jamie served as an Information Technology Specialist at NCTAMS PAC (Wahiawa, HI) and aboard the USS Harry S. Truman. The precision, integrity, and systems discipline forged in military service continue to guide her approach to every client matter.
